The course was designed for postgraduate communications and journalism students. It aims both to consolidate students’ general knowledge of English as well as to revise the more challenging aspects of using the language in the workplace. Using a communicative competence approach, students will develop skills that will enable them to engage appropriately and effectively in professional spheres.
This course is intended for graduate students (M2P) of professional writing. It follows a process methodology and aims to improve students’ confidence in their ability to express their ideas with sophistication. Attention to detail, clarity and effective writing habits form the foundation of the course.
